As our Inventory Control Clerk, you’ll be at the heart of operational efficiency—monitoring stock levels, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring that the right products are available when and where they’re needed. From regular audits to process improvement, you’ll help prevent stock issues before they even arise.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
– Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent overstocking or stock-outs
– Conduct regular physical inventories and reconcile discrepancies

– Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams for timely stock replenishment
– Implement and enforce inventory control procedures and best practices

As a Graphic Artist, you’ll design everything from elegant funeral programs to dynamic digital slideshows and marketing content. ✏️ YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

A. General Accountability
The ultimate objective of the Sales Representative is to find new business opportunities to achieve
strategic business growth while maintaining existing relationships. To be successful in the role, the Sales
Representative should be adept at negotiating business deals, able to make sound decisions that will

Baldwin was a UWI person, committed to this important regional institution.
Vincent Sweeney
Uncle Baldwin was a big part of my childhood and the life of all the Sweeneys. I recall him fondly. He was a close colleague of my dad, Dr. Marvin Sweeney, and we spent many years as family friends. He taught me a lot about cricket too, and was always a kind and generous human being. He raised a lovely family and has an enviable track record in academia. He truly was a treasure for UWI, Trinidad & Tobago, and the wider community. He will be missed. I encourage Judy and Karlene to think of him with a smile, while giving thanks for his long life.
