As our Inventory Control Clerk, you’ll be at the heart of operational efficiency—monitoring stock levels, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring that the right products are available when and where they’re needed. From regular audits to process improvement, you’ll help prevent stock issues before they even arise.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
– Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent overstocking or stock-outs
– Conduct regular physical inventories and reconcile discrepancies
– Maintain accurate inventory records using inventory management systems
– Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams for timely stock replenishment
– Implement and enforce inventory control procedures and best practices
– Analyze inventory data to identify trends and forecast future needs
– Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
– Prepare inventory reports for management review
– Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies and issues
🎓 Qualifications & Skills
– Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field

💼 THE ROLE:
As a Graphic Artist, you’ll design everything from elegant funeral programs to dynamic digital slideshows and marketing content. You’ll collaborate with our Service and Marketing Teams, use your creative flair to bring ideas to life, and play a key role in our mission to provide compassionate, high-quality service to families.
✏️ YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
✅ Designing custom funeral stationery (programs, bookmarks, prayer cards, condolence books, etc.)
✅ Creating digital picture slideshows and tribute designs
✅ Collaborating with Event Planners and families to reflect the life and personality of loved ones
✅ Producing marketing materials – brochures, ads, booklets, and more

A. General Accountability
The ultimate objective of the Sales Representative is to find new business opportunities to achieve
strategic business growth while maintaining existing relationships. To be successful in the role, the Sales
Representative should be adept at negotiating business deals, able to make sound decisions that will
benefit the company and build sound business relationships to generate mutual growth and
development. Ultimately, an exceptional Sales Representative should have strong business acumen as

Good day to all celebrating the life of StageAnn. I can only imagine what the family and close friends are going through in this difficult time. Going through the motions will keep us busy and distracted but when the running around ceases and we are alone with our own thoughts, that’s when we’d need the most comfort. God, knowing this, gives us His Word to comfort us especially in difficult times. At Romans 15:4, he really gives us a measure of peace and security through the Bible. So pray and go into it and see what he has for you.
