Marlene Gilkes-Sammy, a remarkable and cherished soul, was called home on September 10, 2023. Her life was a testament to the words of Psalm 139:14, “I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; your works are wonderful, I know that full well.” This verse beautifully encapsulates Marlene’s faith and the way she lived her life with grace and gratitude.
Service Details:
A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, September 16, 2023, at 9:00 AM at Trincity Family Church, located at the corner of Lime Grove & Cane Farm Road, Trincity. The service will be led by Pastor Julien Rullow, who will guide us in honoring her memory.
Farewell Share:
Following the service, a Farewell Share will take place at Belgroves Funeral Home & Crematorium, 10 Orange Grove Road, Tacarigua, at 11:00 AM.
Interment:
Marlene will be laid to rest through cremation at 12:00 AM.
Marlene’s life was filled with love, joy, and deep connections. As we gather to remember her, let us hold dear the memories she leaves behind and continue to celebrate the wonderful legacy she has created. Her spirit will forever remain in our hearts.
