A. General Accountability
The ultimate objective of the Sales Representative is to find new business opportunities to achieve
strategic business growth while maintaining existing relationships. To be successful in the role, the Sales
Representative should be adept at negotiating business deals, able to make sound decisions that will
benefit the company and build sound business relationships to generate mutual growth and
development. Ultimately, an exceptional Sales Representative should have strong business acumen as
well as demonstrate excellent management, communication, and analytical skills.
B. Principal Accountabilities
▪ Prospect and arrange appointments to educate prospective and current clients about the benefits
of purchasing the company’s products and services.
▪ Perform market research to identify new business and service opportunities.
▪ Engage with Managers to establish strategies in pursuit of business and service opportunities,
and retention of these opportunities.
▪ Build and maintain relationships with existing stakeholders and clients.
▪ Identify potential strategic partnerships with whom the company could partner with.
▪ Assist in developing annual budget assumptions and expectations.
▪ Assist in the development and implementation of the company sales and marketing strategies
and plans.

General Accountability
The position is responsible for driving coaches, vans and motor vehicles to transport human remains, customers or goods while maintaining due care and attention to ensure the safe delivery of persons or goods. The Funeral Attendant would also be responsible for assisting with all activities related to removals and funerals.
All activities must be geared towards maintaining the highest level of service to both internal and external stakeholders and must conform to Internal Auditing standards and guidelines and to all legal, statutory and regulatory requirements.

Die , that’s why the Bible calls it death “an enemy” . However he does promise us that we can see our loved ones again at Acts 24:15 it says, “There is going to be a resurrection”. Knowing that Jehovah can resurrect or bring back to life our loved ones provides us with some comfort to cope with our trials and provide a hope for the future. You have a real hope of seeing Mr. Cyrus alive again in the near future. I hope these scriptures have brought you some comfort at this time.
