A. General Accountability
The ultimate objective of the Sales Representative is to find new business opportunities to achieve
strategic business growth while maintaining existing relationships. To be successful in the role, the Sales
Representative should be adept at negotiating business deals, able to make sound decisions that will
benefit the company and build sound business relationships to generate mutual growth and
development. Ultimately, an exceptional Sales Representative should have strong business acumen as
well as demonstrate excellent management, communication, and analytical skills.
B. Principal Accountabilities
Prospect and arrange appointments to educate prospective and current clients about the benefits
of purchasing the company’s products and services.
Perform market research to identify new business and service opportunities.
Engage with Managers to establish strategies in pursuit of business and service opportunities,
and retention of these opportunities.
Build and maintain relationships with existing stakeholders and clients.

General Accountability
The position is responsible for driving coaches, vans and motor vehicles to transport human remains, customers or goods while maintaining due care and attention to ensure the safe delivery of persons or goods. The Funeral Attendant would also be responsible for assisting with all activities related to removals and funerals.
All activities must be geared towards maintaining the highest level of service to both internal and external stakeholders and must conform to Internal Auditing standards and guidelines and to all legal, statutory and regulatory requirements.
