GROUNDSKEEPER
A. General Accountability
The Groundskeeper is generally responsible for the maintenance of the Orange Grove Memorial Gardens and surrounding area to ensure the all the spaces are kept pristine and beautiful.
The Groundskeeper’s responsibilities will include but not be limited to, planting and pruning plants and trees, monitoring the health of all plants and greenspaces, watering and feeding plants and lawns, trimming trees and shrubs, fertilizing, and mowing lawns, weeding gardens, and keeping green spaces and walkways, spaces in-between Pedestal Urns clear of debris and litter daily.
B. Principal Accountabilities
- Fulfill all operational activities as prescribed by the Manager Operations, Assistant Operations Manager and Operations Supervisor or their designate.
- Submit daily written reports, work logs and completed action logs to the Operations Supervisor, providing details on tasks performed and explanations for any variances from assigned tasks.

A. General Accountability
The Event Planner position is responsible for providing support to the Belgroves Funeral Home Company Limited by ensuing the execution of all activities related to the Belgroves Funeral Home Company Limited memorial services cycle. This position is an integral point of contact for internal and external stakeholders and seamless delivery of all activities related to funerals, tributes, memorial services, cremations, internments, and associated services.
B. Principal Accountabilities
- Plan all aspects of funerals, tributes, memorial services, cremations, internments, and associated events according to the client’s requests.

Funeral Attendant
General Accountability
The position is responsible for driving coaches, vans and motor vehicles to transport human remains, customers or goods while maintaining due care and attention to ensure the safe delivery of persons or goods. The Funeral Attendant would also be responsible for assisting with all activities related to removals and funerals.
