A. General Accountability
The ultimate objective of the Sales Representative is to find new business opportunities to achieve
strategic business growth while maintaining existing relationships. To be successful in the role, the Sales
Representative should be adept at negotiating business deals, able to make sound decisions that will
benefit the company and build sound business relationships to generate mutual growth and
development. Ultimately, an exceptional Sales Representative should have strong business acumen as

Funeral Attendant
General Accountability
The position is responsible for driving coaches, vans and motor vehicles to transport human remains, customers or goods while maintaining due care and attention to ensure the safe delivery of persons or goods. The Funeral Attendant would also be responsible for assisting with all activities related to removals and funerals.
All activities must be geared towards maintaining the highest level of service to both internal and external stakeholders and must conform to Internal Auditing standards and guidelines and to all legal, statutory and regulatory requirements.
Principal Accountabilities
- Ensures that all vehicles are in good working condition by checking oil, water, diesel etc. and reporting all defects found on a daily basis.
- Removes human remains from homes, or any other designated place as instructed.
- Assists in placing and taking out bodies from refrigerator for funerals or embalming and assist in loading of coaches.
- Assist in funeral assignments including operating the lowering devices.
- Cleans and secures the vehicles and all related funeral equipment prior to and on return from funerals or other jobs as assigned.
- Accompanies clients to the registrars, cemeteries, hospitals etc. in preparation for the care of their loved ones.
- Ensure that the garage area is kept in a clean and tidy condition at all times.
- Supports the development and maintenance of a team environment by performing other related duties.
Experience, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Academic/Technical Qualifications
- Three O’ Levels, two of which must include English Language and Mathematics
Experience
- Seven years minimum driving experience
- Must possess Heavy T Licenses
