Clyde Tackoor, great husband, father, father in law and grandfather passed away peacefully on 28th February, 2025. He will be remembered for his love for life which made others happy and his contagious laughter. He loved the beach, mostly Mayaro and was dedicated to his Church and of course, his family. He will be remembered as the: Husband of: Florence (nee Bisnath)

The Tribute service for Clyde will be held on 5th March 2025 at 11:00 am at Susamachar Presbyterian Church, 5-7 Carib Street, San Fernando followed by a private cremation.

My thoughts are with you from the passing of Clyde Tackoor. May his soul rest in peace and find his way up there, joining my father/Angus with his brothers, uncle Willy and Uncle Phil, cousins to Clyde. They surely will be celebrating like all Trini do, especially at this time of the year with Carnival.

Please accept my deepest sympathy on the passing of your loved one. It is unfair that death should have the power to take away the ones we love. Death was not part of Gods purpose that is why that Bible calls it an “enemy”at 1Cor 15 vs 26 . However our Creator has given us the resurrection hope of seeing our dead ones again right here on earth. God promises, “ Your dead will live . My corpse will rise up. Awake and shout joyfully, you residents in the dust ! ….. And the earth will let those powerless in death come to life. We look forward to the time when we can embrace our love ones again, when they are resurrected back to life they will have the opportunity to live forever in paradise on earth in perfect health.
