What an amazing man
My primary school principal. This man was about love and instilling discipline. Once you had that, it was a respectful love for doing the right thing. I am in awe of remembering him coming to school and will take time out for a friendly chat. Especially to.families.where there wasn’t a role model. Whenever our secondary school was finished early we rushed to visit him and he would ask for our new adventures… academics first. Sir, you will always be in a special part of our hearts 💕.

I’m sorry I didn’t make the opportunity to shake your hand as an adult and thank you for your Leadership and ensuring that young minds like my self 30+ years ago get a solid early education with the awesome teachers that were under your watchful eye. Thank you Mr Thompson for all you did for FVGS. Our success in life will be your legacy sir!

It is my regret that I never made the time to shake your hand as an adult, for the quality early education, that so many young people throughout the years have received, like myself 30+ years ago. You had an awesome team of teachers, that were under your watchful eye and fulfilled the very motto of FVGS, “The effort educates”. I remember that motto even today and have taken it to heart, in everything I do in life. Farewell to and awesome teacher and principal, may your former students success in life be your legacy sir!!

To the Thompson family please accept my condolences, it is unfair that death should have the power to take away the ones we love that’s why the Bible calls it “an enemy.” However in the near future God Almighty promises us at Isaiah 25:8, “He will swallow up ( do away with) death forever. Soon in the resurrection we will be able to reunite with our loved ones right here on earth. This promise is made by God who cannot lie he has both the desire and power to bring about this promise. I hope this message brought you some comfort, if you will like to know more about the resurrection please visit http://www.jw.org
