It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Octavia Mejias (née Liddelow), a woman whose nearly 100 years on this earth were marked by grace, strength, and unwavering love. Her legacy blossoms through the generations she so dearly treasured.
Born to George Liddelow & Emily Cabrera, Octavia was a devoted mother to Jacqueline (Deceased), Judith, Wendy (Deceased), Jennifer, Wayne, Patricia, Ann, Christopher (Deceased), Donna, and Richard. Her love extended to her grandchildren: Camille, Robert, Roger, Ronald, Jenyl, Sean, Aaron, Dwayne, Andre, Michelle, Angelle, Michael, Anais, Anderson, Daniella, and Brian. She was also a proud great-grandmother to twenty-one and a cherished great-great-grandmother to three.
A beloved sister to Maude, Agnes, Clyde, Tommy, Norman, and Ivy, Octavia’s gentle presence and radiant kindness will forever be remembered.
A Tribute Service celebrating the beautiful life of Octavia Mejias (née Liddelow) will be held on Wednesday, 26th March 2025, at 1:30 pm at JOS Chapel, Belgroves Memorial Centre & Crematorium, 10 Orange Grove Road, Tacarigua, followed by Cremation at 3:00 pm.
