Dear Trevor’s Family,
My name is Joseph Dakkak. I had the honor of knowing Trevor from our time together at Concordia Soccer, where we became Canadian champions in 1976. I just finished watching the funeral ceremony, and I was deeply moved and saddened by the loss of such an incredible person.
Trevor was more than just a teammate—he was a great friend and an unwavering source of motivation. Before every game, he’d always say to me with a smile, “Joe, you need to score 3 goals today.” His encouragement, spirit, and belief in others left a lasting mark on everyone he met.
Please accept on behalf the 1976 soccer team our deepest condolences . My thoughts are with you all during this difficult time. If you would like to reach out, I would be very grateful to reconnect and share more memories of Trevor. josephdakkak1@gmail.com
Warm regards,
Joseph Dakkak
