Wayne Brian Chance, a visionary leader and advocate for social justice, was born on February 21, 1958, in Port of Spain, Trinidad. In 2001, Chance founded Vision On Mission, a non-profit organization committed to providing comprehensive support services to ex-offenders and their families. Under his leadership, Vision On Mission pioneered innovative programs aimed at addressing the complex needs of individuals transitioning from prison to society. These programs encompassed a wide range of services, including counseling, skills training, employment assistance, and community reintegration initiatives.
