 A. General Accountability
This role will manage and support multiple events in live funeral service delivery by utilizing in-house and outsourced software and hardware systems. The role will be responsible for camera operation, audio-visual transmission, adjusting camera settings, configuring various wireless connectivity technologies (incl. cellular), managing start and end times and in some cases, adding remote commentary, graphics, overlays and other treatments.
Ideal candidates will be strong communicators and have a keen eye for detail.

KEY RESPONSIBILTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:
â–ª Operates the retort to incinerate human remains as assigned.
â–ª Loads and cleans the retort.
â–ª Processes cremains, packages and labels urns, and delivers on time.
â–ª Ensures that requests for the crematorium garden are executed in a timely manner.
â–ª Verifies that all documents are completed and in order before cremation.
â–ª Ensures compliance to company policies and procedures in the operations of the crematorium.
â–ª Ensures immediate surroundings are clean.
â–ª Assists in other job-related duties from time to time as may be directed by the Administrator.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
▪ Five O’ Levels, two of which must include English Language and Mathematics
â–ª At least three (3) years working experience in an industrial environment
â–ª At least two (2) years working experience with machines
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
â–ª Excellent interpersonal and communication (written and oral) skills.
â–ª Excellent relationship building skills.
