I am writing to express my sincere gratitude for the exceptional customer service I received from your Team at Belgroves San Fernando and Point Fortin. I was particularly impressed by the professionalism and expertise displayed a year ago when my mother VERNA LIVERPOOL passed by team members Kandice Elcock-King and Roseanne Gill-Thomas of San Fernando and Point Fortin respectively. I must commend Roseanne on the incredible first rate support she displayed when I was having difficulty with my credit card to pay for the funeral service. I want to take a moment to express my deepest gratitude. In November 2022 Roseanne delivered candles to my home for All Saints and All Souls. I will be eternally grateful for that act of going above and beyond the call of duty.

Roseanne was there with me last week helping me plan my Mom’s 1 year Memorial via a video. It must be mentioned how much I value the fantastic customer service and remarkable assistance I recently had from her. I am eternally grateful for the incredible first rate support that has fostered a favorable connection with me. Roseanne I value and appreciate you.

I wanted to express my absolute appreciation to you and your team for everything you did for and during the preparation for Djarlon’s funeral.

I could not have done it without you at all. I’m so very grateful for your support and kindness. Both you and Mrs. Sampson were beyond amazing. There are no words to say how much that meant to me. 

From the first day you both understood everything that I needed without my asking. Your intuition and experience was spot on and it says alot about Belgroves and the care and training they place with their staff and how that transcends to us the clients.

My name is Paula Lander and I am the wife of the much loved and now deceased Phillip Lander.

So often in our country we speak about the bad service we receive and forget to speak about the good that we experience.

I would like to put on record how extremely pleased I was with the service of your event coordinator, Ms Crystal Forgenie. In every interaction my son and or I had with Crystal, she was professional, patient, kind and caring. She answered all our questions with clear explanations, and gave us time to process what was said.  She allowed us to make the decisions that made us most comfortable. 

Crystal was a true light in the midst of one of the most challenging periods in our lives. 

Crystal’s service was so good that when my father died two weeks ago, I immediately asked if she would be our event coordinator again. And she did not disappoint. 

I can tell that all the people who work at Belgroves are professional, service oriented and trained to be polite and demonstrate a level of empathy.  However, Crystal’s body language, communication style and comportment cannot be taught. It is who she is.  

On behalf of my daughter, Ayanna, son Jabari and the rest of the Lander clan, I would like to thank Crystal for putting us at ease and caring about us and our Phillip.

May God continue to bless her and the work she does to assist families in their time of need.
