Celebrating the Life of Mr. Ansley Richards Perez
In loving memory of Mr. Ansley Richards Perez, a resident of St. Michael’s Park, Chaguanas, who peacefully transitioned from this life on Wednesday, September 27th, 2023.
As we come together to celebrate his life, let us remember Ansley for the remarkable individual he was:
A Cherished Son: Ansley was the beloved son of the late Raymond and Elsina Long, whose legacy lives on through his life.
A Loving Husband: He was the devoted husband of the late Juliet Richards, a partner in life’s journey.
A Caring Father: Ansley’s nurturing love extended to his children, Ansley (Anci), Nathali, and Joel, and he held an honorary place in the heart of Michael.
A Proud Grandfather: He shared his wisdom and love with his grandchildren, Ashley, Ansley (Niño), and Jose, and was a source of joy as a great-grandfather to Zane.
A Treasured Brother: Ansley’s bond with his sisters, Hyacinth Curtis, Lystra Long, and Christine Chaitram, was unbreakable.
A Supportive Brother-in-Law: He was a brother-in-law to Ruth Medina and Gerald Medina, offering friendship and care, and is remembered with love alongside the late Chrispino Leben.
A Guiding Uncle: Ansley provided guidance and warmth to his nieces and nephews, including Kirk, Jason, Claire, Andrew, Mark, Ashley, Leah, Ryan, Ramona, and Ricardo.
A Connected Relative: He maintained strong family ties with the Oltans, Byrons, Longs, and Medinas.
A True Friend: Ansley’s circle of friends was wide and filled with individuals who shared his joys and sorrows. He leaves behind a legacy of friendship and camaraderie with Maharaj, Tony, Keith, Shanti, Pamela, Ria, Jackson, Cliff, Donna, Ted, Beverly, Carol, Dianne, Anita, Cecilia, Mendez, Jimmy, Franklyn, Tracey, Debbie, Eldon, Jose, and the late Carl.
We gather to celebrate Ansley’s life on Saturday, September 30th, 2023, at 9:00 a.m. at the Church of St. Phillip & St. James, Roman Catholic Church, Chaguanas. Following the service, we will proceed to Belgrove’s Crematorium, 2-6 Belgrove Lane, Coffee Street, San Fernando, for a cremation ceremony at 12:00 p.m.
As we come together in remembrance, let us cherish the moments we shared with Ansley and find comfort in the legacy of love and friendship he leaves behind
