It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Ashton Augustine Leid on September 16, 2023. Ashton’s life was a rich tapestry of love, friendship, and devotion to his family, and he will be profoundly missed by all who knew him.

Ashton was the cherished son of Elatieus Felix and the late Bulal Felix, and stepson to Bernadette Felix. He was a devoted husband to Jennifer Leid and a loving father to Colin, Janille, and Jasmin Andrews. His joy was multiplied as a grandfather to Yohan, Jordyn, and Jovani.

Ashton leaves behind his brother, John Ashley Leid, and was predeceased by his sisters, Maurissa Felix and Diane Williams. He was a beloved uncle to Alana, Kareeme, Jazzy, Melissa, Brittany, Keshore, Giselle, and Chrissy.

In his extended family, Ashton was a respected brother-in-law to Addy, Joel, Kohia, Michael, Christo, Terry, Gregory, and Lisa, and a caring father-in-law to Johann, Andrews, and Rhonda.

Ashton’s warmth and generosity also earned him many lifelong friends, including Homer, Zella, Albertha, and Dalton, among others.

As we mourn his passing, we also celebrate his life and the countless memories we hold dear. Ashton’s legacy of love, compassion, and community will forever remain in our hearts.
