Celebrating the Life of
George Sebro

With hearts filled with gratitude and cherished memories, we announce the passage of our beloved George Sebro.

George’s life was a celebration of love and family. He will forever be held dear as the son of Estella Alleyne and the late Harold Sebro, father to Natasha Sebro, Sherwin Sebro, and Maurisa Sebro-Cooper, and the proud grandfather of Kerisha, Jabari, Jadon, Malik, Skylar, and Aaron. He was also a loving father-in-law to Adanna Sebro and Richard Cooper.

George leaves behind a tapestry of siblings: Lynette (dec.), Vilma (dec.), Phyllis, Dexter (dec.), Andrea, Ruthvin, Judy, Judith, Philmore, Lisa, and the late Junior. He was an uncle to Wendell, Hayden, and many others, and a cousin to Herbert Fisher, Pauline Fisher, and numerous others. George’s friends, including Stephen John ‘Skinny’ and ‘Smiley,’ held a special place in his heart, as did his extended family, the Hislops.

We will celebrate George’s life on Friday, September 22, 2023, starting at 9:30 am at Church on the Rock, Lady Young Road, Morvant, followed by his burial at the Tunapuna Public Cemetery.

In honor of George’s wishes, there will be no repast.

The family of George Sebro extends heartfelt gratitude to all who have supported us during this challenging time. We come together not to mourn his passing but to celebrate the beautiful life he lived.
