MACHINE OPERATOR

The position is generally responsible for efficiently operating the CNC machine and Engraving machine.

All activities must be geared towards maintaining the highest level of service to both internal and external stakeholders and must conform to Internal Auditing standards and guidelines and to all legal, statutory and regulatory requirements.

KEY RESPONSIBILTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Runs the computerized cutting and engraving machines to slice and carve materials, such as metal parts, plastic, stone and wood.
Sets up the machine lens and adjusts the instrument between each project to meet specifications while adhering to proper safety procedures.
Enters all relevant codes to specify the feed, speed, and cut of any toolpath for a CNC.
Measures and verifies all calculations prior to setting up the machinery.
Monitors engraving machines and makes the necessary adjustments to ensure desired output.
Selects materials to be engraved and installs engraving cutters and other tools.
Selects appropriate speeds, feeds, depths of cuts and cutting angles.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

A. General Accountability

This role will manage and support multiple events in live funeral service delivery by utilizing in-house and outsourced software and hardware systems. A. General Accountability

The Groundskeeper is generally responsible for the maintenance of the Orange Grove Memorial Gardens and surrounding area to ensure the all the spaces are kept pristine and beautiful.

The Event Planner position is responsible for providing support to the Belgroves Funeral Home Company Limited by ensuing the execution of all activities related to the Belgroves Funeral Home Company Limited memorial services cycle.
